Delete Your FSD Hunter Account

Use this page to request deletion of your FSD Hunter VIN Build Check account and associated account data.

Fastest option

In the app, sign in and open VIN Build Check > Account > Delete VIN Build Check Account. This deletes your VIN Build Check account directly from the app.

Email request

If you cannot access the app, email tesla_fsd_hunter@use.startmail.com from the email address used for your VIN Build Check account and request account deletion.

What is deleted

• Your VIN Build Check account authentication record.
• Your VIN Build Check profile/email association.
• Your VIN Build Check unlock library.
• Your account-linked token balances, token lots, and token ledger history.
• Your account-linked VIN Build Check lookup/access history and device links.

What may be retained

• Shared historical vehicle report data may be retained separately from your account so other users can access report history and to preserve de-identified app functionality.
• Minimal deletion audit records may be retained as salted hashes to confirm a deletion was completed without retaining your raw email or user ID.
• VIN Build Check token purchase, refund, and consumption compliance records may be retained for up to seven (7) years where needed for refund, chargeback, fraud-prevention, payment, tax/accounting, platform compliance, or legal compliance. These records may be keyed by store transaction identifiers or salted hashes rather than your raw email or raw user ID.
• Security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, chargeback, payment, tax/accounting, or legal compliance records may be retained where necessary.

Timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately when available. Email deletion requests are handled within a reasonable time after we verify the account owner.

Automatic deletion of inactive accounts

To limit unnecessary data retention, VIN Build Check accounts with no activity for 24 consecutive months and no remaining purchased token balance may be deleted automatically. Deletion covers the same account data listed above.

• An account stays active when you sign in and use the app, look up or open VIN Build Checks, or make a purchase.
• Accounts with a remaining purchased token balance are not automatically deleted for inactivity. Purchased tokens do not expire.
• We make a reasonable attempt to notify the email address on the account before an inactive account is deleted.
• Deleted accounts cannot be restored, but you can create a new account at any time.
